1. About CarJom Studio

CarJom Studio is a digital storefront platform for automotive businesses. It provides tools for business owners to create and manage public Studio pages that showcase business information, services, products, packages, photos, opening hours, and contact details.

CarJom is operated by CARJOM TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. By accessing or using CarJom Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

CarJom Studio is not a marketplace, booking system, payment processor, or quoting platform. Customers contact businesses directly through the contact methods displayed on Studio pages.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

To create or manage a Studio, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or legally authorised to represent the business
• Register an account with accurate and current information
• Be authorised to represent the automotive business listed on the Studio
• Provide truthful business details, listings, and contact information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your credentials.

3. Studio Review and Publication

CarJom will review Studios before they become public. A Studio is publicly visible only when CarJom has approved it and the business owner has chosen to make it live.

The review process checks that business details, category, contact information, and listings appear to belong to a real automotive business. CarJom does not verify the quality of services, accuracy of pricing, or qualifications of business owners.

CarJom may approve, reject, suspend, remove, or request changes to a Studio or its content at its discretion.

4. Business Owner Responsibilities

As a Studio owner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information
• Keep listings, prices, hours, and contact details current
• Not use your Studio for unlawful purposes or to mislead visitors
• Not post content that infringes on third-party rights
• Respond to inquiries received through your displayed contact methods

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content on your Studio page.

5. Public Visibility

When you make your Studio public, the content you have added becomes visible to anyone on the internet. This includes your business name, description, services, products, photos, opening hours, location, and contact details.

You control when your Studio becomes public. You can unpublish your Studio at any time, after which it will no longer be publicly accessible.

6. Platform Limitations

CarJom Studio provides tools for automotive businesses to create and manage public Studio pages. CarJom is not responsible for the quality, pricing, fulfilment, or availability of services or products offered by businesses through their Studios.

• CarJom does not provide mechanical, financial, or legal advice
• CarJom is not a party to any transaction or agreement between a business and its customers
• Information displayed on Studio pages is provided by business owners for general informational purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CarJom Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from use of the platform
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on information displayed on Studio pages

8. Intellectual Property

The CarJom name, logo, design, and platform are the property of CARJOM TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. and may not be used without permission.

Content uploaded by business owners to their Studio pages remains the property of the respective business owner. By uploading content, you grant CarJom a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and cache that content as part of operating the platform.

9. Content Removal and Suspension

CarJom reserves the right to:

• Remove or modify content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate Studios or accounts that breach our policies
• Remove Studios that are inactive, misleading, or harmful
• Modify or discontinue any part of the platform at any time

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.
